I have never worked for a home care company better than Synergy! The team is amazing and very communicative. Leighton and Kyle are compassionate with the clients and the care givers. Jamie; as care coordinator is very attentive and so quick to be able to help with anything she can. They work diligently to find you the perfect match, you will fall in love with the clients, your work colleagues, and the management!

Synergy home care has been one of the best company's I can think of. Leighton and Sarah are the most caring and compassionate people I know. I have know them for over 5 years and never once have I had a bad experience with them. To their clients to their employees they always gone above expectations and help in anyway possible. I cannot express enough gratitude to synergy home care of Longmont. Thank you Leighton and Sarah for all you do!!

Synergy was great to work with. Very professional and accommodated all of our needs. We had two caregivers that were wonderful. The best part was we had the same two caregivers for the six months we used Synergy and that was a blessing. Thank you.
